Bishop Julian Mark Dobbs
Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of the Living Word
Bishop Julian Mark Dobbs is the Bishop of The Anglican Diocese of the Living Word and has oversight of the clergy and congregations in the diocese. He and his wife Brenda, have made their home in Northern Virginia since 2006 after emigrating to the United States.
Bishop Julian is passionate about the saving power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and is committed to empowering congregations, supporting clergy, transforming injustice, inspiring local and global mission, and church planting churches.

Priests
Ordained as a deacon and priest in 2014, Fr. Mark has since served as a Curate at St John’s in Johnstown, NY and Director of the Healing Ministry at Christ the King Center near Greenwich, NY. He retired in 2020 to serve full time as a caregiver.
Fr. Jim was ordained an Episcopal priest in 1978 and retired in 2005. He joined ACNA in 2009. Still active in retirement he served as Interim Vicar of Church of the Good Shepherd, Forestdale, MA (on Cape Cod) from 2016-2019.
Fr. Jim and his wife, Jan, have been active leaders in various aspects of renewal. They served on Cursillo teams and spent 7 years as Presenting Clergy Couple in Marriage Encounter. They were also a vital part of the leadership team for Episcopal Renewal Ministries for the Diocese of San Diego. For more then 50 years they have been active in healing prayer and have trained and nurtured healing teams in several parishes. Both of them have served as spiritual directors and Jan has a certificate from a 2 year program in Spiritual Direction at Shalom Institute in Washington, DC.
Deacon
Deacon Dawn Skramstad
Dcn. Dawn was ordained to the vocational deaconate in June, 2005. In August, 2023 when she was assigned to the Bread of Life Anglican Church in Niskayuna, NY.
She is a member of The Daughters of the Holy Cross.
Dcn. Dawn and her husband Larry reside in Rensselaer with their cat, Samantha. Dcn. Dawn works full-time and her husband is semi-retired. Between them, they have three
grown children.
